PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES AGREEMENT

(Under the Laws of England and Wales)

Between:

1. Formation of Contract

1.1. This agreement becomes binding when the Client pays the deposit.
1.2. The Photographer must provide written confirmation of booking acceptance.

2. Fees and Payment

2.1. Deposit of £50 is non-refundable except under clause 7.
2.2. Balance due on the session date before commencement.
2.3. Late payments incur interest at 8% above Bank of England base rate.

3. Cancellation (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

3.1. Client may cancel within 14 days of booking («cooling-off period») for full refund.
3.2. After 14 days, normal cancellation terms apply.

4. Rescheduling

4.1. One free reschedule permitted with 72+ hours notice.
4.2. Subsequent reschedules subject to £30 fee.
4.3. Less than 72 hours notice forfeits deposit.

5. Delivery of Services

5.1. Photographer will:

• Use reasonable skill and care (Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982)
• Provide edited images within [X] days
  5.2. Client must:
• Cooperate fully
• Provide accurate brief

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. Copyright remains with Photographer (Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988)
6.2. Client receives license for [personal/commercial] use
6.3. Moral rights asserted under CDPA 1988 s.77

7. Liability

7.1. Total liability limited to fees paid
7.2. Excludes liability for:

• Loss of data
• Consequential losses
• Client's failure to follow advice

8. Force Majeure

8.1. Neither party liable for events beyond reasonable control
8.2. Includes but not limited to:

• Illness
• Extreme weather
• Equipment failure

9. Data Protection (UK GDPR)

9.1. Personal data processed per Data Protection Act 2018
9.2. Retention period: [X] months
9.3. Client rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR explained

10. General

10.1. Entire agreement (Contracts Act)
10.2. No variation except in writing
10.3. Severability clause
10.4. Governing law: England and Wales
